Telephone orders.
We accept most telephone orders. if your firm also sends written
confirmation, they must be marked "confirmation."
otherwise, we will not be held responsible for duplicate or
incorrect shipments.
Payment terms.
Subject to credit approval, all invoices are payable upon their
receipt. discounts are canceled if payment is received after
thirty days of invoice date.
Credit.
Firms rated by dun & bradstreet are generally granted credit.
un-rated firms may apply for credit by submitting the names
of five firms that now extend credit.
Warranty and buyer's remedies.
All items sold are warranted by the manufacturer against failure
caused solely by defective workmanship or material. however,
each item depicted or described herein is not suitable for every
kind of use and therefore, unless otherwise stated in writing,
atlas material co., inc. makes no warranty that any items depicted
or described herein are fit for any particular purpose or shelf
life. in the event of any claimed failure of an item caused
solely by defective workmanship or material, buyer must give
atlas material co., inc. written notice within ten days of receipt
of shipment. we shall then have a reasonable opportunity to
investigate the claim.
Should our examination disclose t.that the item has failed due
to causes stated above, we will, upon return of such item, at
our option, replace the item without charge or return to the
buyer the price paid for such item. no item shall be returned
to us without our written authorization;. items approved for
return due to reasons other than;above are subject to a 20%
restocking charge, $20.00 minimum. the remedies described herein
shall be the buyer's sole;and exclusive remedies;and no claims
for consequential damages or for other damages will be allowed.
